I know little about my great grandfather Gustaf Jeson. He most likely lived in the county of Jonkoping in Sweden. He may have lived in Lekyrd at one time because one of his son's, Carl John, was born there. He was doing some construction work when he fell and was killed when heis son Carl John Gusfafson was 15 yeasrs old. This would have made his death date around 1874. At some point after that Carl John came to America and eventually got together enough money to bring his mother, Marie (Schuleburge) Jenson and all but one of his siblings to America.
